Catholic Priest blames former President Jonathan for bad economy Fr. Ejike Mbaka is blaming former president, Jonathan Ebele Goodluck, for Nigeria's current economic crisis. In a statement, released ‎by his spokesperson,  Maximus Ugwuoke , the controversial  Enugu -based Catholic Priest, attributed the bad economy to the previous administration. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has wasted its first year in office   (Lekan Macualay's Blog ) The PDP’s comments were made by spokesman, Prince Dayo Adeyeye via a statement released on Wednesday, July 27, 2016. The statement reads in part: “The truth which history will bear out is that the PDP in its 16 years of rule successfully completed numerous projects that substantively changed the infrastructural landscape of Nigeria.” “Every one of those 16 years were years of great productivity with remarkable landmark achievements.
